Knowledge of vehicles a plus!
Prior use of CCC estimating system is a bonus!
Having worked in a body hop prviously is a bonus!
Must have valid driver license and be able to pass a drug test.
Duties
- Receive and process incoming shipments
- Verify and inspect incoming materials for quality and accuracy
- Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing, and labeling items
- Ensure all shipments are properly packaged and secured for transportation
- Perform regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy
- Assist with order fulfillment and order picking as needed

Experience
- Previous experience in shipping and receiving or a similar role preferred
- Dealership experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately record information
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload
- Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory tracking

Requirements

- Familiarity with OEM parts and their specifications is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of shipping and receiving processes.
- Experience with order management systems is essential for tracking inventory accurately.
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable pricing from suppliers.
- Ability to manage supplier relationships effectively and maintain clear communication.
