Description
We are seeking a dynamic Vice President of Operations (VPO) to lead the execution of our operational strategy and plan, ensuring the highest standards of service quality while fostering a culture of collaboration and growth. Our VPO will be a key driver in scaling our operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership & Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Oversee daily operations across all service locations, ensuring consistent, high-quality, evidence-based ABA interventions.
- Lead the implementation of best practices and maintain operational standards across all teams.
- Establish, implement, and communicate the strategic direction of the organization’s operations division.
- Develop and execute strategic operational plans aligned with the company's long-term vision and growth objectives.
- Establish, communicate, and implement operations-related policies, practices, standards, and security measures to ensure effective and consistent support and execution.
- Maintain knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in operations management.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and achieve company goals while providing expertise and guidance on operations projects and systems.
- Manage budget execution and optimize operational costs to achieve financial goals and targets.

Team Leadership & Development:
- Consult, train, mentor, and manage cross-functional department teams, fostering a culture of accountability and professional development.
- Promote teamwork, continuous improvement, and a positive organizational culture.

Process Improvement & Data Analysis:
- Identify and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency and scalability.
- Utilize key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational data to inform decisions and drive improvements.
- Identify, recommend, and implement new processes, technologies, and systems to improve and streamline organizational processes and use of resources and materials.

Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with directors, administrative staff, and external partners to ensure cohesive operations.
- Improve the overall customer experience by implementing strategic solutions.
- Report actuals vs. plans to the CEO
- Present periodic performance reports and metrics to the chief executive officer and other leadership.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in operations management, with at least 3 years in an upper management or executive leadership role. Strong business acumen and ABA industry experience are highly preferred.

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Psychology, or a related field (required).
- Advanced degree (MBA, MHA, etc.) preferred.

- Strong strategic planning, financial management, and process optimization skills.
- A deep understanding of operational best practices within a healthcare or ABA setting.

- Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
