Quality Behavioral Health, a rapidly growing outpatient Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder facility located in the beautiful LC Valley. We are looking for a full-time Client Services Representative to join our team. The position is a full-time position and comes with full benefits including Sick and Vacation Leave along with 11 paid holidays and 2 floating holidays. Employees are given the option to work either five 8 hour days or four 10 hour days.

Job responsibilities include:
> Initial contact for confidential agency services.
> Direct inquiries/requests for services and information on multi-line telephone and by direct contact.
> Enter client initial information in computer, obtains financial information (insurance, Medicaid, private pay, etc.); updates all demographic information as appropriate.
> Check all new and existing clients daily for current Washington State Medicaid coverage in Provider One.
> Reminder calls for clients that are scheduled for intakes as well as follow up calls for scheduling, etc.
> Assists clients with paper work for intakes
> Receive and distribute the mail.
> Receipt in payments-cash, checks, received by mail or by client in person.
> General clerical duties utilizing PC and other standard office equipment
> Restock brochures in display areas, help maintain bulletin boards.
> Coordinate special events and trainings for clinical or executive director as requested.
> Other duties as related to front office management etc.
> Process and track all billing data for Special Mobility Services(SMS) transportation services.
> Keep supply closet stocked with basic supplies for staff as needed.
> Fill and disburse food boxes for consumers when requested and QBH food bank has supplies to disburse.
> Process medical records requests ensuring properly signed authorizations and document all transactions.
> Organizing and scanning documentation.
> Maintaining HIPAA regulations on all faxes and copies.
> At the close of each day, turn on evening answering machine and crisis line, turn off computers and copy machines, secure cash box and credit cards, check and lock external doors, secure kitchen, bathrooms, outside gates, etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.50 - $21.00 per hour
