Job Overview
Quality Behavioral Health, a rapidly growing outpatient health care facility, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Client Services Representative/Mental Health Case Manager to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with individuals facing mental health challenges, providing support and guidance to help them navigate their recovery journey. Your expertise will play a vital role in assessing client needs, developing personalized care plans, and connecting clients with appropriate resources and services.

Client Services Representative Responsibilities
- Provide initial contact to all clients and visitors to the Agency in our Pomeroy office.
- Answer multi-line telephone system, directing calls to staff, staff's voice mail, and crisis cell phone.
- Make calls to clients to schedule initial appointments and/or to reschedule clients as needed.
- Enter client information into System, obtain financial information, updating address and telephone numbers as needed.
- Other receptionist tasks as necessary to run a smooth front office.
Mental Health Case Manager Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Provide ongoing case management support, including regular check-ins and progress evaluations.
- Facilitate access to community resources, including therapy, medication management, and support groups.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, social workers, and other professionals to ensure holistic care for clients.
- Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and coping strategies.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with confidentiality regulations.
- Advocate for clients’ rights and needs within the healthcare system.
- Utilize therapeutic techniques such as art therapy to engage clients in their treatment process.
- Address gender issues counseling as it pertains to individual client experiences.
Skills
- Strong understanding of psychopharmacology and its application in mental health treatment.
- Proficiency in gender issues counseling to support diverse client populations effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Empathy and active listening skills to provide compassionate support to clients.
