Shipping/Receiving Clerk
This is a Full-Time employment opportunity, plus Overtime as needed, which pays time and a half!

Job Description:
- Perform shipping and receiving activity, material handling duties and any other assigned related responsibilities.
- Must demonstrate the ability to determine method of shipment utilizing knowledge of shipping procedures, routes and rates.
- Unpacks and examines incoming shipments.
- Record shipments and records appropriate information relating to damage and part count discrepancies. Records shortages and corresponds with appropriate internal department to advise appropriate personnel of damage, potential damage, part count or other discrepancies.
- Must work safely and maintains a clean shipping and receiving area.
- Ensures that equipment/goods are maintained in an orderly fashion and that space is utilized efficiently.
- Prepare boxes with appropriate labels for shipment as required
- Arranging pick up and drop off with third party service
Qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED preferred
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing dynamics
- Must be able to read, speak, write and comprehend English.
- Requires the ability to operate a computer and a variety of business machines.
