Specific Duties
Work with VP of Operations and Branch Managers to identify operations specific routing and efficiency opportunities and benchmarks
Use Encompass software data to establish routing opportunities for both operations and sales teams.
Gather and analyze data for all routed activities
Establish seasonal and holiday routing scenarios
Establish tracking criteria to review daily / weekly / monthly to identify areas of opportunity or excellence and communicate this information back to appropriate individuals.
Validate adherence to routing standards and expectations
Participate in weekly and monthly operations meeting.
Complete all other tasks assigned by VP of Operations
Maintain a safety conscious work environment.
Drive safely and adhere to all State Driving Laws and Regulations.

Attendance - No unexcused absences
Tardiness – Attend work and all scheduled meetings at designated time
Follow and meet all company processes and policies
Training : Must complete all IDP classes assigned by VPO. Additional courses will be assigned monthly based on position and individual needs
Appearance – Adhere to company dress / appearance policy
Special Areas of Interest and Proficiency
Must have a high level of Encompass Software proficiency
Must have a high level of Samsara software proficiency
Must have a high level of proficiency with Microsoft Office
Know and understand all job-related company processes and policies

Special Considerations
Must be qualified to operate applicable Company vehicles
Capable of fulfilling non-normal workday hour Company requirements
Ability to travel and support all operations when required
Qualifications
2 Years of Information Technology experience preferred
1 Year of experience in the distribution industry.
