Counter Person
Duties:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately
- Fulfill orders by retrieving items from inventory or coordinating with other departments
- Assist customers in finding the right products or parts for their needs
- Provide product recommendations and answer customer inquiries
- Maintain a clean and organized counter area
Experience:
- 1 year of Dealership parts department experienced required
- Strong knowledge of order fulfillment processes
- Proficient in using Excel for inventory management and data entry
- Basic math skills for processing payments and calculating totals
- Sales management skills to upsell products and negotiate pricing
- Multilingual abilities, especially bilingual, is a plus
- Familiarity with automotive diagnostics is an advantage
