Job Description: Leader of Express Interior Cleaning
Position Overview: As a Leader of Interior Cleaning at Quality Car Wash, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring top-notch service delivery and guest satisfaction within our Express Interior Cleaning Center. This position requires strong leadership skills, a commitment to excellence, and a proactive approach to team management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and provide ongoing training for the Express Interior Cleaning (XIC) team to ensure they meet and exceed service standards.
- Oversee interior cleaning operations, including vacuuming, dashboard wiping, window cleaning, and more, to maintain consistent quality.
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences by addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Develop and execute sales strategies, including promotions and fleet plans, to drive business growth and meet sales goals.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and ordering as needed.
- Uphold a safe and clean working environment by enforcing safety protocols and overseeing facility maintenance.
- Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to team meetings by sharing insights, updates, and strategies to enhance operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Take responsibility for the cleanliness and upkeep of the entire XIC facility, including vac cleanouts, wall cleaning, and belt/pit maintenance.
Goals:
- Achieve a 2025 capture rate of 20-25% of exterior wash customers opting for interior cleaning services.
- Operate two belts during weekends to process 200-220 cars, ensuring efficient service delivery.
- Aim to complete 50,000 interior cleanings by the end of 2025, contributing to overall business growth and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in team leadership and customer service within the automotive or service industry is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with team members and guests professionally.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and service quality.
Flexibility to work midday to evening shifts and weekends as required by business operations.
