Responsibilities:
- Learning and Oversight: Maintain top-tier wash quality by learning new skills and monitoring the performance of car wash equipment.
- Maintenance Tasks: Perform preventative maintenance on car wash systems, including pneumatics, hydraulics, plumbing, and electrical components.
- Communication: Collaborate with management and the operations team to provide updates and resolve any operational challenges.
- Cleanliness Maintenance: Ensure car wash facilities remain clean and well-organized at all times.
- Travel: Visit multiple locations across West Michigan to conduct maintenance and maintain wash quality.
- Flexible Schedule: Be open to varying work hours and occasional on-call duties.
Requirements:
- Mechanical Skills: Hands-on mechanical experience and the ability to troubleshoot and repair car wash equipment.
- Physical Ability: Must be able to lift 50 pounds regularly, climb ladders, work from a scissor lift, and operate in various weather conditions.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain a high standard of wash quality with a keen eye for detail.
- Drug Screen: Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening.
