What You’ll Do:

As a Registered Nurse at Quality Care, you’ll provide skilled nursing care in patients’ homes, delivering comfort, dignity, and high-quality clinical support. You’ll:

• Perform comprehensive assessments to determine care needs.
• Create and manage individualized care plans that evolve with your patients.
• Administer medications and treatments, and provide health education.
• Coordinate care as a Case Manager, ensuring seamless communication across the care team.
• Support patients in daily living activities and promote self-sufficiency.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and timely updates.
• Provide supervision and support to home health aides.
• Participate in rotating on-call responsibilities.

What You Bring:

We’re looking for a nurse who’s not only skilled, but also passionate about making a difference. Ideal candidates will have:

• A current NH RN license and CPR certification.
• A nursing degree from an accredited school (BSN preferred).
• At least one year of home care experience (preferred but not required).
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and coordination skills.
• A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a willingness to travel within our service area.
