• Implement behavior management techniques to support clients in achieving their personal goals.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' mental well-being.
• Assist with mobility, including lifting clients safely when necessary.
• Drive clients to appointments or social activities as required.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment in personal care homes or client residences.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to develop personalized care plans.

• Strong understanding of personal care practices and caregiving principles.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients and families.
