Duties

- Monitor and record vital signs as needed, ensuring any changes are communicated to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
- Provide medication administration according to prescribed schedules and guidelines.
- Implement behavior management techniques to support clients with varying needs, including those with disabilities.
- Engage clients in social activities and companionship to promote emotional well-being.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by following hygiene protocols and safety measures.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop personalized care plans that address individual client requirements.
Experience
- Previous experience in senior care, home care, or working in group homes is preferred.
- Familiarity with assisted living environments and understanding of the unique needs of elderly individuals.
- Knowledge of vital signs monitoring and medication administration practices is a plus.
- Experience in behavior management techniques for individuals with disabilities is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
