- Engage clients in social activities to promote mental stimulation and emotional well-being.
- Implement behavior management techniques to support clients with challenging behaviors.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by following established protocols.
- Document client progress and report any changes in condition to the supervising staff.
- Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care.
Skills
- Experience in retirement home or memory care settings is highly desirable.
