Quality Care Rehabilitation & Autism Center is a clinician-owned clinic that has been providing high-quality rehabilitation and therapy services in Macomb County for 22 years. We are dedicated to creating the highest quality team and have developed the first Behavior Tech Apprenticeship program in Macomb County. We provide a multidisciplinary approach, offering Occupational Therapy (OT), Physical Therapy (PT), Speech Therapy (ST), Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), and Music Therapy, fostering numerous opportunities for collaboration. We have two locations to serve Macomb County : Shelby Township and our brand new facility in Clinton Township, with state-of-the-art individual treatment rooms, sensory rooms, rock climbing walls, and expanded gym space.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Conduct Comprehensive Behavioral Assessments : Perform functional behavior assessments and analyses to identify the functions of challenging behaviors.
  • Develop and Implement Individualized Treatment Plans : Create and oversee the execution of tailored behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessment outcomes, utilizing evidence-based ABA methodologies.
  • Supervision and Training : Provide ongoing supervision, training, and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), BCaBAs, and practicum students, ensuring the fidelity of intervention implementation.
  • Data Collection and Analysis : Establish data collection systems to monitor client progress, analyze data to inform treatment decisions, and adjust interventions as necessary.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including OT, PT, ST, and Art Therapy professionals, as well as clients' families and other stakeholders, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
  • Maintain Documentation : Prepare and maintain detailed session notes, progress reports, and other required documentation in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

Qualifications :

  • Certification and Licensure : Possess a valid BCBA certification and licensure in Michigan.
  • Experience : 1-3 years of ABA experience is preferred; newly certified candidates will also be considered.
  • Availability : Willingness to work afternoons, at least three evenings Monday through Friday, and participate in a Saturday supervision rotation.
  • Transportation : Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel between clinic locations in Shelby Township and Clinton Township and provide limited in-home supervision within Macomb County.
  • Benefits :

  • Competitive Compensation : Salary range of $75,000.00 - $84,000.00 per year, with potential performance-based and productivity bonuses.
