Job Summary:
Under the general supervision of the Operations Manager, is responsible for the daily functions within Quality Career Pathways. Ensures quality outcomes in a cost-effective manner and will be a person responsible for the quality of the student experience. Participates in the implementation of company philosophy, policy, and programs.
Essential Functions:
Overall:
1. Implements and monitors continuous quality improvement programs to enhance student outcomes, satisfaction and referral source satisfaction.
2. Discuss policies with potential and existing students in accordance with student handbook.
3. Maintains student academic records in compliance with school policies.
4. Ensures compliance with Nebraska DHHS Rules and Regulations and Nebraska Department of Education.
5. Collaborate on written policies governing agency operations.
6. Register students and follow up on prospective students.
7. Oversee daily payments, payment plans, and assist with refunds.
8. Assist with filing duties, accurate data-entry, and a variety of other clerical duties as necessary.
9. Orders and maintains office supplies.
10. Provides a work environment which attracts new students.
11. Works to set achievable goals for Quality Career Pathways.
12. Collaborate with the Operations Manager to make recommendations and adjustments when appropriate to achieve objectives.
Classroom Operations:
1. Tracking attendance, communicating testing dates, and makeup time for students.
2. Responsible for beginning and ending class procedures (i.e., materials, homework completion, certificates, transcripts, surveys, etc.)
3. Oversee the day-to-day cleanliness and set up for all classes.
4. Assist with laundry (on and off site).
5. Classroom (on and off site) material pick up and drop off.
6. On-call rotation to resolve teacher tardies, absences, and classroom issues.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
