Commercial Kitchen Hood Cleaner
We are hiring hood cleaners to maintain commercial kitchen exhaust systems by removing grease and buildup from ducts and rooftop fans. This work is critical to meet fire codes and involves using strong degreasers and pressurized water.
Requirements:
- State hood-cleaning license (training provided) and background check clearance.
- Availability for night shifts (7 pm - 11 pm start time), lasting 6-10 hours. Some day shifts are required. Typical work week is Sunday – Thursday with Friday and Saturday off. Customer requirements may demand different schedules as needed.
- Flexible schedule with notice for time off.
Location and Travel: Most jobs are in the Salt Lake valley, with occasional further travel and hotel stays for some jobs. Travel time is paid at half-time rate.
