Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a background in general maintenance with the ability to perform various maintenance tasks effectively. The Maintenance Person will work independently and as part of a team. Please do not apply if you cannot fulfill the job responsibilities. If you are not available Monday thru Friday 8am-5pm, please do not apply.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks including drywall repair, trash removal, painting, deck repair, pressure washing, etc.
- Must be responsive and dependable .
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have basic tools.
- Must be willing to travel between Macon and Warner Robins.
Requirements
- Proficiency in English for effective communication.
- General knowledge with experience in maintenance field
- Familiarity with power tools and general maintenance tools
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 25 per week

- Day shift
- Weekends as needed
