Job Overview:
We are seeking a Landscape Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various landscaping tasks to maintain outdoor spaces and enhance curb appeal.
- Responsibilities:
- Assist in the construction of landscape structures such as patios, retaining walls, fences, paths, and garden beds.
- Transport building materials using hands, shovels, wheelbarrows, carts, and machines.
- Help with site preparation and clean-up.
- Perform hardscape installations, including patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
- Requirements:
- Previous experience in hardscaping, construction, or landscaping or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to perform high intensity physical labor including lifting and repetitive motions.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- A respectful attitude toward authority.
- Preferred Skills
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform labor-intensive tasks for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Precision in executing tasks to ensure quality workmanship.
- Soil Management: Knowledge of soil types and proper soil preparation techniques.
- Equipment Operation: Skill in operating landscaping tools and machinery, such as hand tools, power tools, power equipment.
- Heavy Machinery Operation: Experience with equipment like Bobcats and excavators.
