QC caregivers work with individuals and small groups, so they get the support and attention they need to thrive. You will be helping people with the support they need to live their best lives. 

 

The day-to-day work for this position involves:
 
●        Encouraging physical activity and play. 

●        Supporting someone in achieving their goals. 

●        Helping someone overcome barriers to doing things for themself.

●        Ensuring safety and maintaining a safe environment. 

●        Assisting with meals and snacks. 

●        Helping to maintain a clean and organized home by completing tasks with them.

●        Assisting them with personal hygiene, bathing, and bathroom needs. 

●        Assisting with mobility where needed.  

●        Accompanying on activities with friends/family, going out to eat, playing at the park, walking, and much more. 

●        Complete training as required.  

●        Flexible hours

●        Medical, dental, and vision insurance (for full-time positions 30 hours/week or more) 

 

 

Our minimum qualifications are that you have a combination of education, training or experience that would allow you to perform the general duties of this position (We’ll provide specific training on more specialized tasks). You must be at least 18 years old, have a high school degree or equivalent. You also must be able to pass a State of AZ Department of Public Safety background check. Ideally, you must also be able to obtain an AZ Driver’s license.
