Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Mold Remediation Contractor who will act as a Project Manager at our Randolph and Fort Sam location. In this role, you will oversee remediation projects, ensuring effective management employees, equipment and subcontractors to efficiently complete remediation needs and turn homes back over to client.
Project Manager is responsible for communicating with Senior Leadership and Clients regarding remediation needs, timelines and effectively execute communicated timelines.
Project Manager is responsible for creating TDLR Work Plans, submitting applicable documents and ensure compliance of all regulated activities.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of remediation projects from start to finish.
- Supervise and train team members on best practices for mold remediation activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all restoration processes.
- Conduct site assessments to determine the extent of damage and necessary remediation measures.
- Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates and address any concerns throughout the project lifecycle.
- Communicate effectively with TDLR Consultants to ensure appropriate process is being followed and all aspects of Mold Remediation process is being completed.
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, expenses, and materials used.
Requirements
- TDLR Mold Contractor License REQUIRED
- Ability to pass Background Check and gain access to Military Base REQUIRED
- Proven experience in the restoration industry, particularly in mold remediation
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration.
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in construction and restoration work.
- Ability to evaluate Mold Remediation Protocols and develop work plans, communicating to mold remediation teams to execute remediation needs
