- Putting complaint intake into the system (Previous data entry experience)
- Follow up with the customer, if required (outbound calls to dental professionals).
- Previous customer service experience
- Attention to detail
Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- 1-2 years experience in customer service/ data entry
- Preferred 2nd language (Spanish/ French)
