Responsibilities:
- Performing testing of critical samples while complying with GMPs to ensure continuous processing.
- Maintaining equipment with the ability to perform basic troubleshooting.
- Initiating and owning quality records.
- Revising and owning documents (SOPs, MPs)
- Assisting in the review of documentation for assigned functions (equipment logs, batch records)
- Identifying, recommending, and implementing improvements related to routine functions
- Recognize and accurately report problems.
- Maintaining an organized and clean workspace
- Working around high-pressure systems and occasionally work around heavy equipment
- Able to work in teams to complete operational tasks, take direction well, and creates positive work environment through interactions with team members
- Associate degree and 6 months of experience OR Bachelor's Degree
- Previous experience working as a technician, in med device or pharma.
- Aseptic background Component preparation.
- Capable of working on their feet for long periods of time / physical activity
- Experience with cleaning manufacturing areas/ previous work in a manufacturing area
- Must read and write in English
- Experience in a cGMP Grade 8 or lower environment is preferable) great communication.
- Shift flexibility is critical, as this role requires 6-month rotational shifts (7:00 AM – 8:00 PM / 7:00 PM – 8:00 AM), weekend work, and holidays.
