Responsibilities:
- Routinely perform moderately-complex to complex processes according to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
- Specific responsibilities include moving totes, standardizing analytical equipment, cleaning process equipment, steaming equipment, and prepping equipment.
- Breakdown and cleaning of equipment post process, steaming of equipment via autoclave, able to identify clean hold/dirty hold durations, prep equipment per SOP requirements, standardize analytical equipment per SOP/Methods.
- Training is provided for equipment handling, safety procedures, and pallet jack operation.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree preferred
- 1 year work experience in manufacturing.
- Manufacturing or technical experience, though pharmaceutical experience is preferred.
- Mechanically inclined, team-oriented, and comfortable with equipment breakdown and assembly.
- Automotive, mechanical, or military backgrounds have been successful in similar roles.
- Biotech US manufacturing experience, preferably cell culture; understanding of measurements, calculations and the metric system.
- Basic GMP knowledge.
- Understanding of Electric Batch Records, DeltaV, and LIMS.
- Candidates must be reliable for night shifts.
- Night shift with a rotating schedule every two weeks:
- Week 1: Wednesday & Thursday, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
- Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
- Requires working holidays and weekends, depending on the schedule.
