Water/Fire/Mold Restoration Technicians

Responsibilities:
- Fire restoration includes board up, structure stabilization, smoke cleaning, and pack out.
- Water restoration includes extraction, drying, minor demolition, and pack out.
- Mold remediation
- Selective demo
- Content cleaning and manipulation
- Daily documentation of job progress, moisture monitoring, progress photos.
- Communication with project manager on job changes and progress.
- Drive a company vehicle to job sites.
- Maintain job site and vehicle cleanliness.
Qualifications
- Prior work experience in construction, construction management and/or insurance restoration industry a plus
- On call rotation for new emergency calls
- Weekends and nights
- Able and willing to work overtime for emergency response situations.
- Able to work within a fast-paced environment.
- Provide outstanding customer satisfaction and work well as a team.
- Ability to lift and manipulate heavy objects on a regular basis.
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
- Ability to work in confined spaces.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license.

Pay: $17.00 - $24.00 per hour
