Your Role


Responsibilities
  1. Perform administrative and clerical tasks, including inventory records, freight rates, customer orders and reorders, shipments, and report generation.
  2. Coordinate and enter customer orders, arrange transportation, and resolve problems to meet customer service goals.
  3. Coordinate freight and delivery, reconciling daily shipments, scheduling pick-up/shipping appointment times, calculating freight figures, and verifying invoices.
  4. Prepare various daily and weekly statistical reports and logs for Operations, Warehouse, and Transportation.
  5. Assist in maintaining inventory levels to ensure customer satisfaction and operations goals are met.
  6. Provide support and assistance to the department collecting and distributing the mail, maintaining office supplies, developing and revising forms and operational procedures, entering data, and acting as backup receptionist.
