We are seeking an Operations Clerk to perform administrative and clerical tasks in support of production and operations. This role will involve coordinating customer orders, arranging transportation, and resolving problems to meet customer service goals.
- This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a general business environment.
- The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of relevant work experience performing administrative functions in a PC-based business environment.
- Responsibilities include:
- Performing administrative and clerical tasks, including inventory records, freight rates, customer orders and reorders, shipments, and report generation.
- Coordinating and entering customer orders, arranging transportation, and resolving problems to meet customer service goals.
- Preparing daily and weekly statistical reports and logs for Operations, Warehouse, and Transportation.
- Maintaining inventory levels to ensure customer satisfaction and operations goals are met.
