Job Summary:
We are seeking a versatile Sales Operations Specialist to join our team. This role has responsibilities within sales operations administration, primarily focusing on providing support to the revenue operations team as needed. The ideal candidate will excel in building and maintaining sales operations processes, HubSpot cleanup, PandaDoc support, and other duties as assigned.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Sales Operations Support:
Assist in order processing, contract management and renewals, and coordination with internal teams for order fulfillment.
Provide support in CRM system management, data entry, and reporting to track sales activities and performance metrics.
Documenting SOPs and building training documents
Sales Process Optimization:
Streamline sales processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to improve sales operations effectiveness.
Assist in developing and documenting standard operating procedures for sales operations and account management.
Client Communication and Support:
Address client inquiries, concerns, and escalations in a timely and professional manner.
Coordinate with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and accounting, to deliver exceptional service and support to clients.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in client interactions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with company goals and initiatives.
Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks, share information, and resolve issues.
Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives aimed at improving sales operations and driving business growth.
Qualification/Competencies/Work Experience Requirements:
Highly proficient in PC with a focus on Excel
Effective communicator: Highly responsive to team needs
Passion for accuracy and speed to completion
Proven experience in sales operations, or a related role.
Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM systems, and sales analytics.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Proactive and results-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with sales tools and software, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms, is a plus.
Self-Starter: takes the initiatives, is proactive, and demonstrates a high level of motivation and independence in starting and completing tasks or projects
Preferred Education and Experience
High school diploma or GED required
Associate degree preferred
