Key Responsibilities : Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner. Provide accurate information and resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Follow communication scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality of service for customers. Meet or exceed performance targets and customer satisfaction metrics. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve processes and service quality. Stay up-to-date with company products, services, and policies to provide informed assistance. Qualifications :   Minimum of one (1) year of proven experience as a CSR in electrical, plumbing or HVAC. Ability to work daily at our Royersford office location. Availability to work from 8 AM to 4 : 30 PM on a consistent daily basis. Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience using ServiceTitan is highly desirable but not required.  Successful completion of a background check and drug test.
