What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Sales Representative position at Quality Discount Press Parts & Equipment?
Our company is looking to hire a Full Time Sales / Customer Service team player. Our hours are Monday – Friday 8 am to 5 pm. Part Time hours are also available. The ideal person in this role would be energetic, self-motivated, well organized, has a positive attitude, willing to work with a team, willing to learn new things, have basic level computer skills and not afraid to talk on the phone. One of the main focuses of this role is to build relationships with customers to generate sales, which includes speaking with customers over the phone, processing their orders and quotes, and corresponding via email / over the phone. We will train you via our comprehensive training program.
Our unique company specializes in the Label and Tag, Packaging, and Printing Press Parts industries. We sell a wide range of printing parts, accessories, consumables, new and used printing equipment to the printing industry across the world.
