Quality Electrical Systems is seeking a forward-thinking and adaptable Project Engineer with a strong electrical and or mechanical engineering background to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing, managing, and executing electrical engineering projects while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and implement electrical systems and solutions for various projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Manage and oversee all phases of project development, including planning, design, implementation, and evaluation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, budgets, and schedules while ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Identify and propose new processes, technologies, or methodologies to enhance efficiency and support organizational growth.
- Lead efforts to standardize project workflows and best practices within the department.
- Perform technical calculations, create schematics, and generate documentation for electrical systems and components.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges during project execution.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety guidelines in all project activities.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative culture by actively contributing to team discussions and decision-making processes.
- Train and mentor junior engineers to build a high-performing and adaptable team.
