What are the responsibilities and job description for the Material Handler Coordinator position at Quality Electrical Systems?

You will be responsible for supporting Materials Supervisor and coordinating work with material handling team pulling supplies and parts from the warehouse to support production, engineering and other departments as needed.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Keeping materials flowing smoothly like a welloiled machine
- Tracking inventory and ensuring materials are where they need to be
- Prints inventory labels and locates parts to proper bin locations.
- Working with an awesome team to keep production running at top speed
- Coordinates with team to ensure inventory dispatch
requests are accurately dispositioned and meet time expectations.
- Operating forklifts and other equipment to move materials like a pro
- Keeping safety a top priority because you’re a rockstar at
what you do!

- Education equivalent to a high school diploma.
- 1 year of warehouse work experience.
- Knowledge of basic mathematics and the ability to apply it in a work situation.
- Ability to read and understand written instructions.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with others.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated computer skills preferably spreadsheets,
word processing, database and other applicable software programs.
