Looking for an Ecommerce Customer Service Rep. The Ecommerce Customer Service Rep is the front-line position engaging with customers, providing top-notch assistance, resolving issues, managing orders, and responding to emails & questions in a timely manner. Will take and process online orders for customers. Must be organized, detailed oriented, and have experience and knowledge of Excel. CSR Rep. will print out labels, scan the tires and put label on tire for shipping. Technical computers skills warranted. Excellent phone / email communication skills.
