What are the responsibilities and job description for the Night Shift Supervisor position at Quality Employment Service?
Looking for someone to supervise employees and oversee all production aspects of the Blanching Plant. Will delegate work load and ensure completion of assigned tasks. Ensure that established production rates and quality requirements are met. Will supervise, train and evaluate plant personnel. Will work with Assistant Plant Manager to schedule maintenance, and assist with correcting / repairing mechanical failures. Must have strong computer skills, be safety conscious, have good communication skills, and be a team player. Must have a valid DL, previous leadership / management experience is preferred. Must be okay with climbing and lifting both light and heavy objects and working at elevated heights. High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
