The primary responsibilities include:
- Resolving customer inquiries (via phone and email)
- Enter information into the computer accurately and efficiently
- Learn shower enclosure components and construction concepts
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Eagerness to assist teammates and customers
- Must be able to succeed in a fast paced environment
- Self-starter/able to work independently
Desired (but NOT Required) Skills:
- Experience in customer service, data entry, retail, hospitality, etc.
- College degree
