Agricultural Equipment Repair Professional

Quality Equipment, LLC seeks a highly skilled and experienced Field Service Technician to join our team in Fuquay-Varina.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide exceptional service to customers through prompt and effective repair of agricultural and turf equipment.
• Work closely with the Service Manager to prioritize tasks and ensure timely completion of service requests.
• Document all work performed on repair orders and maintain accurate records of time and materials used.
• Participate in ongoing training programs to stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and techniques.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience required.
• 1 year(s) of experience performing service repairs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Proficient knowledge of engines, transmissions, electrical systems, and/or hydraulic systems.
• Ability to use personal computers and various types of diagnostic equipment.
• Valid driver's license required for potential driving situations.
• Ability to operate a forklift, preferred.
• Set of tools required.
