Provider Relations Specialist
The Home Health Provider Relations Specialist is responsible for executing the sales strategy to increase company market share through account development and educating the medical community on services provided.
- Interacts daily with professionals in the health care industry which include, Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Discharge Planners, Medical Social Workers, Case Managers, and Skilled Nurses
- Conducts outside sales calls to existing and potential referral sources within an established territory to achieve established goals
- Expand the healthcare community’s use of our services by supporting knowledge and awareness of our solutions
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Prior home health marketing or sales experience is preferred.
- Medical knowledge/terminology required.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience with EMR, Outlook, and Word.
- The ability to work autonomously and with minimal supervision.
Quality First Home Care is a locally owned, Medicare-certified home health agency providing skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and personal care services to patients in 29 counties throughout Tennessee. Enhancing each patient’s quality of life with personalized care at home.
