RN Home Health Clinical Manager
Our Clinical Manager will oversee an assigned group of staff and patients in the Lawrenceburg,TN office.
Qualifications:
- Current nursing license in the state of Tennessee
- One year of home health experience preferred, One year of supervisory experience preferred
- OASIS experience (preferred)
- Current driver’s license with automobile insurance
- Prior use of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) preferred

Description
Duties include:
- Overseeing clinical and clerical branch activities
- Ensuring the provision of high-quality patient care
- Managing human resources in assigned branch.
- Participating in community and customer relation activities
- Monitoring agency risk-management activities for your branch
Requirements
Managing a branch means you need to be able to work independently while operating as part of the Home Care Management Team. Other requirements include:
- Nursing degree from an accredited school of nursing (Diploma or Associate Degree)
- Five years of general nursing experience and three years of home health nursing, including one year of home care nursing management
- Current Tennessee registered nurse license
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to work in home environments of patients who may have values or standards different from your own
- Facilitation of positive relationships among employees in your branch
- Ability to make evaluations and decisions based on measurable or verifiable criteria
- Ability to turn, lift, carry and otherwise transport patient
- Respecting the patient’s privacy and maintaining confidentiality
- Current Tennessee driver’s license and automobile liability insurance
- CPR Certification
