As the office administrator, you'll be the go-to person for our dedicated staff. You'll organize and implement efficient filing systems, documents, and processes while keeping the office fully stocked and providing essential support to the team. This role also allows for a creative touch, involving the creation of engaging newsletters, culture-building activities, and event coordination.
The human resource administrator role involves a robust range of responsibilities, such as supporting upper management in recruitment and onboarding, coordinating benefits, collaborating with our partner HR firm ADP, tracking PTO, managing performance reviews, and maintaining employee records.

Human Resources Administrative Responsibilities:
- Managing and monitoring information in the ADP HR Admin portal, including employee data management, recruiting, onboarding, pay adjustments, PTO Tracking, and HR support case management.
- Assisting in the recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding stages of the hiring process
- Documenting and maintaining records of employee personal information, employment history, performance evaluations, training and development, disciplinary actions, attendance records, policies, health and safety records, and other legal documents.
- Assisting the payroll manager in organizing bi-monthly payroll summaries, including employee pay adjustments, deductions, and reimbursements.
- Collaborating with the ADP human resource specialist on hiring and termination, including policy enforcement best practices.
- Running health and safety protocol training and managing action plans in times of emergency
Office Administrative Responsibilities:
- Preparing the breakroom for the day, checking and maintaining stock, and preparing the energizing coffee.
- Organizing and purchasing for the stock room and office inventory; performing audits of pricing and shopping for best prices
- Create and implement data entry protocols
- Monitoring employee attendance and timekeeping
- Planning and managing culture-building activities such as events, newsletters, anniversary and birthday announcements, and other creative projects
- Monitoring phone, email, and snail-mail communications
- Monitoring and organizing billing and vendor invoices
- Managing recycling program
- Communicating with property management
- Tracking and monitoring office assets
- Building security protocols, monitoring, and employee setup
Compensation:
$50,000-$54,000, starting with eligibility for quarterly bonuses
