Granite counter top company in Pittsburgh looking for a Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities include:
- Greet and assist walk in customers
- Answer Phones
- Read customers kitchen layout
- Input the layout into the quote program to provide an estimate
- Schedule measurements and installations
- Assist with daily paper filing/faxing/printing
- Assist with contractor quotes
Requirements:
- High school Diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- A strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of basic Math and problem solving skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team environment
*Must be able to work Saturday's 9am-3pm. Week day hours are 8am-5pm.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
