What are the responsibilities and job description for the Team Member position at Quality Greens Kitchen?
Quality Greens Kitchen (“QGK”) is a premier fast-casual restaurant, featuring a menu of craft salads, quality meats, and creative vegetable dishes, with an emphasis on scratch cooking.
The Team Member position will work closely with the management team to drive service each day and inspire team members to work together and hold one another accountable. They will display warmth and hospitality while performing their responsibilities efficiently. Once fully trained, the Team Member FOH will have the ability to support the full scope of stations on the service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ability to efficiently build salads and market plates according to recipe specifications and guest requests
- Sense of urgency and attention to detail at all times
- Effective and timely communication to all team members throughout the service
- Comfortable interacting with guests
- Execute proper steps of service execute them while maintaining a sense of urgency throughout the service
- Demonstrate a complete understanding of the menu
Requirements:
- 1 years of experience in kitchens and/or service in a restaurant
- Able to accommodate a flexible schedule
- Able to stand for long hours
- Able to lift 50 pounds and multitask effectively
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
