Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing exceptional service? Quality Harvest Foods is hiring a Customer Service Administrative Assistant to support our operations and ensure smooth communication between customers and internal teams. If you excel in a fast-paced environment and enjoy helping others, we’d love to have you on board!
What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate with GMI to manage truck load availabilities, enter orders into BME, and ensure timely shipments in SAP.
- Collaborate with the VP of Operations to maintain production schedules and ensure order fulfillment.
- Process incoming POs by entering them into BME, confirming them with customers, and checking inventory for production needs.
- Provide excellent customer service by maintaining close communication with customers and addressing inquiries.
- Schedule inbound and outbound shipments, secure freight quotes, and coordinate trucking arrangements.
- Generate and analyze reports for sales, inventory, and production trends to monitor customer ordering patterns.
- Answer and direct phone calls, greet visitors, and assist with administrative tasks as needed.
- Support special projects and collaborate with other departments to meet company goals.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain accurate records.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook); experience in SAP or other ERP systems is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Must speak, read, and understand English to ensure effective communication.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to assist other departments when needed.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
