Job Overview:
Under the Maintenance Lead, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting our production equipment to ensure quality and efficiency. From preventive maintenance to tackling malfunctions, your role will help maximize uptime and maintain seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure proper equipment function through preventive maintenance on motors, pumps, gearboxes, etc.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain machinery to boost reliability and reduce downtime
• Document and communicate issues for continuity and quick resolutions
• Eliminate manufacturing constraints through problem-solving and equipment improvements
• Handle minor design and fabrication for repairs

Qualifications:

• 3 years in industrial maintenance with hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical skills
• Ability to read schematics and work within a CMMS system
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and the ability to lift up to 70 lbs

Shift Details:

• 2nd Shift: Monday-Saturday, 1 pm - 9:30 pm
