Join Quality Harvest Foods as a Quality Assurance (QA) Technician!

Location : Portland, OR | Shifts : Swing, or Night | Starting Pay : $18.50–$20.00 / hr

Regular Schedule : Day / Swing : Monday-Friday, occasional Saturdays. Night : Sunday-Thursday, occasional Fridays.

What You’ll Do :

Monitor and document key quality metrics such as product weight, temperature, and sensory evaluation.

Verify and calibrate equipment like scales and metal detectors.

Inspect manufacturing equipment to ensure cleaning and hygiene standards are met.

Perform routine checks on Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Collaborate with Maintenance, Sanitation, and Operations teams to ensure compliance with safety and quality policies.

Manage non-conforming products and unauthorized instruments.

Verify labels, codes, and packaging accuracy during production.

Provide detailed reports and assist in root cause analysis for quality deviations.

What We’re Looking For :

Experience in a consumer-packaged goods (CPG) manufacturing facility is highly preferred but not required.

Ability to convey technical information in clear, understandable terms.

Attention to detail and the ability to interpret data and maintain accurate records.

Capable of lifting up to 30 lbs. occasionally and working in hot or cool conditions.

Strong attendance record and focus on deadlines.
