Position Summary:
We’re looking for a creative, hands-on Marketing Coordinator to support and grow our brand presence across digital platforms. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and passionate about both content creation and healthcare. You’ll help plan, execute, and monitor marketing initiatives that reach key audiences—from healthcare providers to business partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, schedule, and manage content across social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook)
- Research trends in healthcare and marketing to support content strategy and social media planning
- Design branded materials using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and Canva
- Maintain and update company websites (WordPress with Elementor) and landing pages
- Support email marketing campaigns (design, writing, and scheduling)
- Assist with promotional campaigns and events (including conference logistics, signage, and booth assets)
- Ensure all designs, messaging, and materials align with brand standards and compliance regulations
Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of relevant marketing experience (healthcare or B2B a plus)
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
- Experience designing in Canva and editing WordPress websites using Elementor
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and scheduling tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Bonus: Experience with Brevo, Metricool, Brightlocal, GeoTagging, Google Analytics, or video editing tools
- Willing to take on new tasks that is given
- Work as a team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
