Conduct organization-wide cybersecurity risk analysis and maintain updates on identified risks. Develop and manage processes to track progress against cybersecurity plans. Lead the implementation of cybersecurity initiatives for the MyCity Portal project. Create network architecture diagrams, collect communication flow data, and produce high-level and low-level design documents. Troubleshoot complex network issues, collaborate with vendor support teams, and ensure resolution. Translate compliance requirements into actionable security controls and propose compensating measures. Provide regular updates to upper management on cybersecurity posture and risk mitigation progress. Identify cybersecurity gaps, maintain a risk register, and establish metrics to assess control efficacy. Collaborate with partners to develop and maintain incident response plans. Monitor security alerts and optimize existing controls. Enforce endpoint security standards and analyze vulnerabilities for timely remediation. Perform threat simulations and provide cybersecurity recommendations in areas such as identity management, API security, and application development. Educate teams on secure by default practices and recommend innovative security technologies. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience. 12 years of experience in information security. 8 years in IT infrastructure management, risk management, and project management. 4 years of experience working in cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP). Proficiency in networking, DNS, TLS / SSL certificates, MFA technologies, and identity management. Experience with endpoint security, EDR technology, vulnerability management, and scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell). Expertise in Network Security Telemetry, Data Loss Prevention Systems, and cybersecurity protection concepts. Familiarity with cloud-based services (e.g., O365, AzureAD, IAM). Proficiency in tools like SIEM systems, SSO services, and cloud-based EDR / XDR tools. Strong understanding of CIS controls and SASE / CASB products. Highly organized with excellent analytical and communication skills. Remote, on-camera interview required. Certifications and degrees must be verified prior to onboarding. Occasional support outside core business hours for 24 / 7 / 365 operations.
