This isn’t your average commission structure — our retroactive bonus system means every additional sale increases your earnings across the board. If you want to get paid what you're truly worth, this is the opportunity for you.
What You Get:
- $18/hour base pay – Paid weekly
- Monthly commissions paid out the first Friday after the 5th
- 1st & 2nd Sale = $200 each
- 3rd Sale = $300 each (retroactive = $900 total)
- 4th Sale = $400 each (retroactive = $1,600 total)
- Up to 11th sale = $1,100 each = $12,100 total commission
- Work in the field Monday–Friday from 2:30 PM – 7:30 PM
- Friendly, supportive team and transparent pay structure
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Sales experience is a plus, but not required
- Self-motivated and reliable
- Must be comfortable walking neighborhoods and talking with homeowners
