Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Packager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the packaging process, ensuring that products are assembled, fabricated, and packaged according to industry standards. This position requires adherence to CGMP and FDA regulations while utilizing various hand tools and machinery.

Duties

• Assemble and fabricate products as per specifications and quality standards.
• Operate packaging machinery and equipment, including logic controllers.
• Ensure compliance with CGMP and FDA regulations throughout the packaging process.
• Utilize hand tools for assembly and packaging tasks.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with warehouse safety protocols.
• Perform regular inspections of packaged products to ensure quality control.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize packaging efficiency and workflow.
• Operate forklifts safely when necessary for material handling.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a packaging or warehouse environment is preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Familiarity with CGMP standards and FDA regulations is a plus.
• Proficient in using hand tools and machinery relevant to packaging tasks.
• Ability to operate forklifts safely (certification may be required).
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing processes.

Pay: $18.09 - $20.28 per hour
