Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Guest Service Agent to join our team. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Duties: - Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions - Check guests in and out of the hotel using the hotel management system - Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally - Assist guests with luggage, transportation arrangements, and other concierge services - Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area - Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions - Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure guest rooms are clean and well-maintained - Perform night audit duties as needed Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or related field preferred - Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively - Knowledge of hotel management systems is a plus - Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are highly desirable Benefits: - Competitive pay based on experience - Opportunities for career advancement within the hospitality industry If you are a motivated individual with a passion for providing exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you.
