What are the responsibilities and job description for the Building Maintenance/Handyman position at Quality Inn and Suites Monroe?
Following up of the given routines for general maintenance of building and ground.
Fixing general plumbing wear and tears, repairing or replacing faucets, shower hears, sinks, leaks, toilet seat or tank, etc.
Assisting with maintaining & monitoring the indoor swimming pool & spa.
Minor the electrical and lighting tasks like changing bulbs and washing AC units.
Assisting the front desk and housekeeping solving any urgent or important service or maintenance matter.
Helping keeping the public areas of the hotel clean, safe and uncluttered.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
