Duties

- Maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation throughout the cooking process.
- Operate oven equipment safely and effectively, ensuring proper temperature control.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate line refills and ensure timely service.
- Assist in maintaining inventory levels of food supplies and ingredients.
- Handle cash register transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Work as a assembly line to ensure orders are made accurately and timely.
- Clean lobby, kitchen, restrooms, as directed by manage. Duties will also include cleaning dishes and pans.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a culinary or restaurant environment is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
